You may have heard a rumour about a charity nude calendar - well guess what it is certainly no rumour. Some wonderful parents/ carers (13 women and 1 man) have all dared to bare to raise awareness of and funds for families across Peterborough who have children/ young people with disabilities and additional needs.

Dobbies Charity of the Year 2012
Family Voice Peterborough have been chosen by Dobbies Garden Centre in Peterborough as their charity for the year. FVP attended the spring launch weekend on the 24th and 25th March. There was a lot going on including FVP packing bags, guess the teddies names and how many sweets in the jar. Please look out for more activities FVP will be doing with Dobbies throughout the year.

At FVP fundraising takes place all the time in many different ways, from having stalls at fetes/ festivals and fun days to online fundraising. You can support us by making donations through local giving and at various points throughout the year money you donate may be match funded. The next match fund in Peterborough takes place in conjunction with The Perkins Great Eastern Run. Please check back in for further information.

FVP and New Ark Joint Fun Day
- Saturday 4th August 2012.
- 10am to 4pm.
- The Fleet, Fletton, Peterborough.
- Inflatables, Human Buzz, Harmonay Majorettes, Jewellery Making, Face Painting, Big Garden Games and more.
- Refreshment stand, Popcorn machine and Candy Floss.
- Car Boot - Cars £6 and Vans £7.
- Business Stalls £10 plus donation.
- Buffet by ticket £5 per person.
